Put It on the Bill is a Steam achievement in 100% Orange Juice!. It is one of 7 achievements associated with DLC 3.

Requirement

Use  Tactical Retreat or  Overseer (as a battle card) while under the effects of  President's Privilege or  Extension.

Strategy

• You must be attacked to use Tactical Retreat. This is best done while standing closely behind an aggressive character, for example Yuki, Sora, or Tomomo. You can overtake them while having used the card before. With some luck, you will be attacked and can use the card, just watch out for battle cards as they nullify the effect.
• Another viable strategy is using President's Privilege as Sherry when someone is in front of you, attack them, and since she must always attack second, use Tactical Retreat there instead. This eliminates the need for baiting, but still relies on your opponent not playing a card.
