During the Summer Games event, the accessory by KOing 3 times in a single game while playing as on any difficulty (single or online). Victory was not required.

- The volleyball Miusaki accessory was very likely both based on and added to the game after twitter user SunnyMakina posted a different drawing of Miusaki in the outfit for 77 days on the Fruitbat Factory Discord with the quote "MIUSAKI TIME". The final post can be seen here.
