While it may be tempting to go for wins due to her hyper, this is actually a very inconsistent way to win the game. The star cost 
x16 Big Rocket often means that you would have won faster by not using it and instead keeping your stars to win by 200 stars. Even if you deck 
President's Privilege you rely heavily on a specific combination of cards to gain at most 2 wins. Which still means you need a good amount of KOs through combat to still get to 14. Instead, Marc should play relatively safe and abuse her stats which are better than most of the OJ cast and reduce the effect of cards with card control. Marc should only take safe fights or fights she absolutely needs to to have a chance to win and keep her HP up.

- Playing As Marc
- Due to Marc's lack of card reliance, she should bring cards that disrupt players' hands such as
Gift Exchange and 
Flamethrower. Reducing the strength of cards from other players allows Marc to abuse her above average stats further. As a consequence it will be harder for her to go wins norma due to less access to hyper, however stars is generally more consistent to begin with. - Due to Marc's below average HP stat, above average defense, and subpar evade stat,
Saki's Cookie is very helpful as every bit of HP helps a ton. - Unless you are sure you will end up with enough wins to end the game, think twice about KO'ing a player with x16 Big Rocket. A better use is to use it to lower someone to low HP and KO them in combat as this will give you their stars.
- Playing Against Marc
- Due to Marc's low HP and evade stats, Marc can often be chipped down to low HP and most hits at 1HP will cause Marc to be KO'd due to a lack of EVD.
