Kyupita (きゅぴた Kyūpita) is one of the playable characters in 100% Orange Juice!. He was added to the game in DLC 29, alongside Chris.

Overview

Similar to QP, Kyupita possesses an average stat of HP 5, with a neutral attack, defense, and evade. At first glance, he might seem neither offensive nor defensive, but his strength relies on his unique hyper card. Unlike Maynie, which depends on a number of rage mode to boost her ATK/EVD stats, he relies on the number of hyper cards he uses to boost his ATK/DEF stats. The stack will not deplete if he gets challenged by other players (Note that his stats will be neutral), which allows him to stack his counter provided that he doesn't step on the encounter panel/boss panel often. While Maynie relies on a targeted player that would live the most, he does not need to rely on any target. He can stack with his hyper whatever the amount he wants and challenge players with his buffed stats whenever he wants.

Even though he may be powerful when he has high stacks of the counter, his greatest weaknesses are very hyper-reliant and very vulnerable when challenged by the other players. Like Flying Castle, bully characters would easily defeat him when they're behind Kyupita, and it will be tough for him to avoid being chased.

Playstyle

Kyupita will need to play passively and generally need to aim for star norma, as he isn't suited to KO other players initially. The player would want to focus on the draw panel and ensure that he can stacks his counter as much as possible. When he possesses high stacks of a counter, he should pursue other players who have a high amount of stars.
