Effect

Aru (Scramble)'s Hyper is Santa's Job. When this Gift card is held, the player can choose to send one card from their hand to another random unit using the gift button above the cards in their hand. The player will gain stars equal to the level of the sent card x5, and the unit who received the card will be unable to challenge other players when meeting them on the field for 1 chapter, indicated by the Santa's Gift stock effect. Only cards that the player has the level to use can be sent through this effect. In addition, Santa's Job itself (including additional copies of Santa's Job) cannot be sent through this effect. Upon use, this card will be discarded. In addition, this card will be discarded if the player is KO'd by any effect.

If multiple copies of Santa's Job are held, the effect will stack. The number of cards the player can distribute per turn will be equal to the number of stacks. When distributing multiple cards per turn, the unit receiving the card is selected separately for each card.

When holding this card, a Rebit icon will hover around the player.

Strategy

Santa's Job helps Aru (Scramble) be more passive in that she can deny a player's ability to attack every turn and reward herself with stars, provided she has cards to give. As the Hyper is a major advantage to Aru, the player should focus on acquiring the card, landing on Mass draw0 Draw panels to supply cards for its effect, and avoid being KO'd to keep the Hyper.

The player should take advantage of the effect by packing cards that are not particularly dangerous to Aru. One card that works well with Santa's Job is Unlucky Charmicon Unlucky Charm. Since the card can be given away during her turn, Aru doesn't have to pay stars to be rid of it, while also giving it to someone who will have to pay. This same effect also occurs with Mimyuu's Hyper, Evil Spy Work ― Executionicon Evil Spy Work ― Execution, where giving it to another player will make them take damage. Higher level cards can also work with Santa's Job in getting stars, but also runs the risk of said cards being used against her. Cards that don't influence her like Star-Blasting Lighticon Star-Blasting Light or Princess's Privilegeicon Princess's Privilege as well as healing cards like Puddingicon Pudding and Dinnericon Dinner are recommended for greater star gain at a lesser risk.

The main disadvantage to the Hyper is that the player must sacrifice cards in order to take advantage of its effects. The Hyper also incentivizes Aru (Scramble) to deck high-level cards that don't fit her playstyle in order to gain more stars, removing spots for cards that would help her defend herself. Finally, because of the random nature of who receives the cards, the target may not be someone who she desires, failing to protect her from attacks if a player is targeting her, or benefit the enemy by giving them stat boosts or star/card gains.
